• Professional Welding Experience
  We maintain state-of-the-art equipment in tool design, job processing and welding procedures to continue to bring high quality and competitive prices to our customers. Our welders are certified to many military, commercial and customer welding specifications including ASME section IX, AWS D1.1, AWS D1.2 and Mil Std 248.

• Materials Experience
  We work with all grades of stainless steel, monel, inconel, HY-100, carbon steel, aluminum and titanium on a regular basis. We are able to accommodate your project using any materials.

• Manufacturing Standards and European Procurement

We can provide professional design and and engineering services to meet such needs as product improvement, original product design, and conversion of foreign drawings to American Bills of Material and American drawing formats.

Our AutoCAD 14 software in combination with Mechanical Desktop R3 software permits 3D parametric solid modeling. We are able to design working models and analyze them for interference and motion.

If desired, customers may receive draft or final copies of our drawings by email. This enhances customer involvement in the project and reduces overall cycle time.
